Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and, where no separate agreement exists, the Civiq.plus platform. Last updated 1 August 2026.

Template notice. These terms should be reviewed and adapted by your legal counsel before the site goes live. They are a reasonable starting structure, not finished legal advice.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Civiq.plus website. Access to the Civiq.plus platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Civiq.plus and the customer organisation. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for platform use.

2. Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that breaches applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data
  • Interfere with the availability or integrity of the website
  • Scrape or harvest content at a volume that degrades service for others
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Good-faith security research is welcome. Please follow the reporting process on the security page rather than testing destructively.

3. Intellectual property

The website, the Civiq.plus platform, and all associated text, design, graphics, code and documentation are owned by Civiq.plus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use our trademarks or reproduce our content beyond ordinary fair use with attribution.

4. Third-party material

Some content on this website incorporates third-party material under licence, including geographic boundary data. Such material remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used subject to their terms. Where a licence restricts commercial use, we obtain the necessary permission or substitute a suitably licensed alternative.

5. Content accuracy

We aim to keep the website accurate, but content is provided for general information. Product descriptions, metrics and scenario material on this site are illustrative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Case studies presented on this website are composite scenarios rather than accounts of named customers, and are labelled as such.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will be available uninterrupted or error free. Availability commitments for the platform are set out in the customer agreement and the applicable service level terms.

7. Links

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civiq.plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.
