Priced by deployment, not by headcount.

Civiq.plus is licensed against the scope of the deployment — geographic depth, connected departments and channel volume — so that capturing more citizen feedback never costs a team more money.

Questions

What people ask before scoping

Why is there no published price list?

Deployments differ enormously in geographic depth, number of connected departments, field workforce size, survey volume and residency requirements. A published per-seat figure would be misleading for most of the organisations we work with, so we scope against your actual hierarchy and channels and quote in writing.

What drives the scope of a deployment?

Four things, roughly in order: the depth of the geographic hierarchy you need, the volume of inbound signals and survey work, the size of the field workforce using the mobile app, and whether you require a dedicated or on-premise environment.

Is there a pilot option?

Yes. Most deployments begin with a bounded pilot in one or two districts covering feedback intake, issue clustering and service delivery dashboards, before extending the hierarchy and adding intelligence modules.

Can data stay within the country?

Yes. Regional data residency is configurable, and private-cloud or on-premise deployment is available on the National tier. See the security page for the full control set.

Do you charge per citizen record?

No. Licensing is never tied to the volume of citizen records, because that would create an incentive to capture less feedback than a community actually generates.

What is included in support?

All tiers include platform updates, security patching and access to documentation. State and National tiers add a named success manager, implementation support and defined response SLAs.
