Every impact statement Civiq.plus produces exposes its method, baseline, comparison period, confidence and known confounders. If the platform cannot support a causal claim, it says so rather than presenting a coincidence as an achievement.
Measurement
Most reporting failures are level errors: a team runs an outreach programme, measures attendance, and reports it as improved satisfaction. Civiq.plus separates the levels explicitly, so a reach number can never quietly become an opinion claim.

Capabilities
From tasks completed up to a causal estimate. Reporting at the wrong level is the most common way an impact claim goes wrong.
Pull a snapshot from before an intervention and compare it against the current state, with the comparison method stated explicitly.
Known factors that could independently explain a change are recorded on the study, not left implicit in a slide.
Build reports for your own teams and export CSV, PDF or JSON — always scoped to the requester's permissions.
Anticipate where demand or dissatisfaction is building, with the same confidence discipline applied to forecasts.
An estimate that no analyst has reviewed is labelled as such, so nobody mistakes a draft for a finding.

Impact study
A study that does not record its comparison method and confounders is an anecdote with a chart on it. These fields are required, not optional.
| Field | What it captures |
|---|---|
| Intervention | What was done, where, and over which window |
| Pre / post window | The baseline period and the measurement period |
| Baseline metrics | The state of the twin before the intervention |
| Comparison method | Control group, matched comparison or quasi-experimental design |
| Confounders | Known factors that could independently explain the change |
| Estimated effect | The measured difference, with a confidence interval |
| Confidence grade | How much weight the estimate can carry |
| Analyst review | Whether a human analyst has reviewed and signed off |
